Texas Hill Country Adventure Elopement

A few years back, adventurers Hillary + Trevor met while backpacking in New Zealand and began dating shortly after and have lived in multiple cities and countries ever since. Recently, they moved from Oregon to Austin in search of even more adventures together. On February 22, 2018, they got engaged and began planning their wedding. Like so many couples over the past couple of years, their original wedding plans were canceled due to the pandemic. 

For Hillary + Trevor, that was a bit of a blessing in disguise: neither of them wanted all the fuss; they longed for a unique and intimate celebration–one special just to the two of them. They chose 02.22.2022 for their private, intimate elopement in the Texas Hill Country at Enchanted Rock. 

Though they got ready in their charming little AirBnb at Contigo Ranch, they still did a first look after Hillary (whose adventurous spirit extends to her love of fashion) donned her unique sheer floral gown and fun white hiking boots. 

At Enchanted Rock, Hillary + Trevor exchanged touching vows and then opened the special greetings sent along by their parents. After a glass or two of prosecco, we spent some time capturing some gorgeous portraits against the haunting desert background. What a perfect day!
